Faunal List

Faunal list for southwest Wales, excluding Llandeilo

This is an ongoing list of the described faunas of the Middle Ordovician in southwestern Wales, particularly Pembrokeshore and Carmarthenshire. It's not complete yet, but we'll let you know when we think we've got everything. We've divided the sequence here into seven divisions that span the sequence in the Builth Inlier, and with a bit of overlap on either side. References next to each heading give the sources of the various lists. So far, only the trilobites, graptolites and brachiopods are included, but there are more to come.
